Terms

These terms cover vibesagent.com, its private rooms, its agent API and MCP server, and videos ordered from us. Using the service means you accept them. Questions go to hello@vibesagent.com.
What the videos are
Each piece explains a published work: a paper, post, report, repository or document. It credits the source and links to it. Narration is synthesized speech, and scripts and animation are made with AI tools and checked against the source before release. We work to make every claim match the source; a piece is an explanation, so check the original before relying on a detail.
Watching and rooms
You may watch and share links to public pieces. A room link is shared with you privately; please don't pass it on beyond the people its owner meant it for. Don't copy, re-upload or sell pieces without asking us.
Ordering a video
- Quote. We quote a price, what's included, the turnaround and the number of revisions. Accepting a quote commits you to pay that amount.
- Plan and sample. You approve a written plan and a 5-second sample of the finished look before we make the full video.
- Delivery. You approve the delivered files or ask for changes, which uses one included revision. Changes beyond the included revisions are quoted separately.
- Refunds. If we can't deliver what the approved plan describes, we refund what you paid for that order.
Who owns what
You may use the delivered files for any purpose, including commercial use, on your own sites, channels and events. We keep the rights in our tools, animation code and voice, and we may show the piece in our catalog unless your order says it stays private. You confirm you may share any material you send us to be explained.
Agents and the API
An agent may request videos, read orders and pass along your decisions. Accepting a quote or approving a stage needs your own explicit yes, and you are responsible for what an agent you connect does with your account. Keep keys and tokens private; we may revoke any that are misused.
Fair use of the service
Don't use vibes agent to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to overload or probe the service, or to make videos that harass or deceive people.
Removal
If a piece uses your work in a way you didn't agree to, tell us or write to rights@vibesagent.com. The owner reviews every request, usually within a day.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top. Orders already accepted keep the terms they were accepted under.
